If you no longer wish to use AptoTask, you can request deletion of your account and the data that belongs to it. We verify every request and process it in line with applicable privacy law.

Request Account Deletion

Submitting opens your email app with the request filled in, addressed to support@aptotask.com. Send it and our team takes it from there.

Before You Continue

Please note that deleting your account may permanently remove access to:

  • Projects and Workspaces
  • Tasks and To-Do lists
  • Team Communications
  • Workflow Automations
  • Reports & Dashboards
  • Uploaded Files & Documents
  • Team Member Accounts

Account deletion may be irreversible.

What Happens Next

Your account enters the deletion queue.

Deletion is completed and confirmation is sent to your registered email.
