AptoTask holds the day-to-day record of what your team is doing. Here is how that record is protected, in plain terms.

Sign-in protection

  • Passwords are hashed, never stored as text.
  • Changing a password ends every other signed-in session.
  • Password reset runs through a one-time code sent to your email.

Session control

  • Every signed-in device is listed with its browser, IP and last activity.
  • Log out a single device, or every other device at once.
  • A session ended here stops working immediately, everywhere.

Access control

  • You decide what each teammate can see and do.
  • People only see the work that belongs to them.
  • Access can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Data separation

  • Your company data stays inside your company.
  • Every request is checked against who is asking before it answers.
  • Team structure changes do not expose old data.

Auditable usage

  • Message logs record what was sent, when and to whom.
  • Wallet and billing history is downloadable as invoices.
  • Nothing is charged without a record you can check.

Reliable delivery

  • Reminders are delivered reliably, not best-effort.
  • A missed window is picked up rather than lost.
  • Completed or deleted work leaves the queue automatically.
