Group the work when it helps, switch it off when it does not
A project is a container for related tasks — a client, a launch, a quarter. It is entirely optional: tasks can stand on their own, and the whole module can be hidden company-wide if your team does not think in projects.
Every task can belong to a project, or to none. Nothing forces the structure on you.
Project progress comes from the tasks inside it, so it is always accurate.
An admin can switch the module off from Settings and the rest of the app adapts — including the dashboard and templates.
The task list and the dashboard both respect the project a task belongs to.
Name it after the client, the launch or the quarter — whatever your team actually says out loud.
New tasks can pick a project at creation, and existing tasks can be moved into one.
As the tasks finish, the project progress moves with them.
Set up your workspace in minutes and try it with a real task.
